Festival-sized, when it needs to be
The garden and field host the Glassenbury Beer Festival — thirty-plus beers and ciders, live music and a BBQ across both spaces. That’s not a claim about what the site could do; it’s what it already does. If your event is closer to that scale, it’s been done here before.
Or something smaller, by the fire
Inside is a different mood. The building has stood at Iden Green, just outside Goudhurst, since 1387, and the low beams and original fireplaces do most of the decorating for you. It suits a family lunch, a wake, or a work gathering that deserves better than a meeting room.
Food
Food comes from the kitchen’s regular menu — starters, mains, the grill, and Sunday roasts. If you have something more particular in mind, that’s a conversation to have with us directly rather than a promise we’ll print here.
